Diabetic Friendly Khapli Wheat Yummy Pizza with Flourish Foods Khapli Atta


Make a wholesome and delicious homemade pizza base using Flourish Foods Khapli Atta. This dough creates a soft interior with lightly crisp edges, perfect for holding your favorite sauces, cheese, and vegetable toppings.

Ingredients

·       Warm Milk – 200 ml

·       Yeast – 1 tsp

·       Sugar – 1 tsp

·       Flourish Foods Khapli Atta – 300 gm

·       Salt – 1 tsp

·       Ghee – 2 tsp

Method

1. Activate the Yeast

·       In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast.

·       Let it rest for 5–7 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy.

2. Prepare the Dough

·       In a mixing bowl, add Flourish Foods Khapli Atta and sprinkle salt.

·       Make a well in the center and pour in the activated yeast mixture.

·       Add ghee and mix everything together.

3. Knead the Dough

·       Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

4. First Proofing

·       Cover the dough and allow it to rest for 30 minutes until slightly risen.

5. Knock Back and Divide

·       Gently punch down the dough to release air.

·       Divide the dough into equal portions.

6. Roll and Second Proofing

·       Roll each portion lightly into balls.

·       Let them rest for 15 minutes for the second proofing.

7. Shape the Pizza Base

·       Roll each dough ball into a pizza base or sheet of your preferred thickness.

·       Lightly dock the base using a fork to prevent excessive puffing.

8. Add Toppings

·       Spread pizza sauce evenly.

·       Add cheese and your choice of vegetables.

·       Finish with another light layer of cheese.

9. Bake the Pizza

·       Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake the pizza for 10 minutes.

·       Increase the temperature to 240°C and bake for an additional 5 minutes for a crisp finish.

10. Finish and Serve

·       Before the final bake, brush ghee on the edges for a rich flavor and golden crust.

·       Sprinkle pizza seasoning if desired.

·       Serve hot and enjoy your homemade Khapli Atta pizza.
