Beetroot Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 240g Flourish Foods Beetroot Atta
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 160ml Milk 
  • 50 - 60g Dark Chocolate (Melted)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee (Melted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 

For Topping (Optional):

  • Berry Jam
  • Fresh Berries
  • Honey
  • Powdered Sugar

How to Make it:

1️⃣ Prepare the Batter

In a bowl, mix Flourish Foods Beetroot Atta, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Gradually add milk and stir well to form a smooth batter.

2️⃣ Add Flavour

Add melted ghee, melted dark chocolate, and vanilla essence to the batter. Mix until everything is well combined.

3️⃣ Heat the Pan

Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium flame and lightly grease it with ghee.

4️⃣ Cook the Pancakes

Pour one cup of batter onto the pan. Let it cook without touching it until small bubbles appear on the surface.

5️⃣ Flip & Cook

Gently flip the pancake using a spatula and cook for another 2 minutes until golden and cooked through.

6️⃣ Stack & Serve
