Our Story
As a chef, I’ve always shared recipes with friends and family. Like many Indian households, I’ve seen loved ones struggle with diabetes. In 2022, when my now-husband was put on insulin, I started cooking healthy meals every day—oats, salads, and wraps. But soon, he asked, “Can we have a normal meal today? Dal-chawal or roti-sabzi?”
That’s when I realised the challenge: healthy food had to feel like everyday food. I started making parathas, breads, and chillas with vegetables, but the effort was exhausting. I thought, “If only there was something easier.”
And that’s how Flourish Foods began—with Beetroot Atta, followed by Spinach Atta. After months of R&D and pop-ups in gated communities and MNCs, we saw real change—my husband’s insulin stopped, and we knew we had something meaningful.
We sold 160 kg in just two months through pop-ups alone! Today, we’re a growing brand with three products, a dedicated team, and a mission to make healthy eating effortless. Already available on Amazon, two Q-mart stores in Hyderabad, one Puree Gourmet store in Hyderabad, and Café Sip n Nosh in Gurgaon, we’re working towards making our products available in every store near you!
Because I truly believe food is THE Solution, and it doesn’t have to be tasteless or boring—it can be colourful, flavourful, and part of your everyday life.
