Data Usage

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw get my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at  support@flourishfoods.in.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Payment

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Refund Policy

Returns/Exchange

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Hence we can only exchange your products.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only accept Exchange if any expired product is delivered. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase., a video of the package being open. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your Exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and you will receive the product within the next 7 working days. 
If you haven’t received an exchanged product yet,  please contact us at  support@flourishfoods.in.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at  support@flourishfoods.in.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@flourishfoods.in and we shall help you with proceeding further.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To exchange your product, you should mail us at support@flourishfoods.in and we will help you further.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Rates and Fees

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery location.Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the tracking number provided on the Shiprocket website or through the tracking link sent to you.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Pan India. Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Delays

In the event of any shipping delays, we will notify you via email or phone. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with Shiprocket to resolve the issue.
