  • 70ml warm water (add more gradually if needed)
  • Oil or ghee for cooking

How to Make It:

1️⃣ Knead the Dough: In a bowl, mix Flourish Beetroot or Palak Atta with salt. Gradually add warm water and knead until a soft, pliable dough forms.

2️⃣ Rest the Dough: Cover the dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. This helps relax the gluten, making the tortillas softer.

3️⃣ Divide & Roll: Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each into a thin, round circle, using flour if needed to prevent sticking.

4️⃣ Cook on Tawa: Heat a tava or skillet over medium heat. Place a rolled-out tortilla and cook until brown spots appear.

5️⃣ Flip & Cook: Flip the tortilla, apply a little oil or ghee, and cook until it’s perfectly done with golden spots on both sides.

6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy: Remove from heat and keep warm in a kitchen towel. Enjoy fresh or store for later use!
